Registration guidelines

On-line registration

Once you are logged in with your user account (top right corner), go to MY SPACE > My registration, or use the button at the bottom of this page.

Take advantage of the reduced early bird conference registration rates by registering until May 31st, 2025. Late registration fees apply after this date.
No abstracts will be accepted that include presenting authors who do not register to attend SP9. Please be aware that registered authors can submit up to TWO abstracts as presenting author. Additional abstracts submitted by the same presenting author will be charged with an additional fee of 60 EUR per supplementary abstract.
The thematic school for PhD and Master students and young researchers, on Monday September 8th 2025, will have no extra cost but must be selected during the registration process by those STUDENTS wishing to attend.

The registration fee can be paid by BANK TRANSFER (please note that we must receive the full amount clear of all bank charges) or ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD (a management fee of 2.3% will be added).

To speed up the registration process, it would be advisable to send a copy of the proof of payment to the Technical Secretariat of the Conference (desiree@fotocatalisis.org)

* Master or PhD students must justify their status by uploading the copy of their student card, a scholarship certificate or a confirmation letter by their supervisor.
** Each corresponding author is entitled to submit up to TWO abstracts for the fees shown above. An extra charge will be applied for submitting more than TWO abstracts.

Cancellation policy

* Cancellation of registration for the Conference must be notified by email to the Technical Secretariat (desiree@fotocatalisis.org).
* Cancellations requested before July 31, 2025 will entitle you to a refund of the fee paid, minus 20% of the amount that will be charged as management fees.
* Cancellations requested after July 31, 2025 will not entitle you to a refund of the fee paid, although the documentation provided during the conference will be sent to the participant.
