Abstract submission guidelines

Once you are logged in with your user account (top right corner), go to MY SPACE > My submissions, or use the button at the bottom of this page.

The Scientific Programme will include invited Plenary lectures, Keynote lectures, Oral Communications, Flash Oral Communications and Poster Communications, the two former only by invitation.

Flash Oral Communications will consist in short talks only for students presenting a poster, without additional time for questions, providing an opportunity for young scientists to present and advert (oral) and further discuss (poster) their works.

The type of communication will be subject to peer review by the International Scientific Committee. Unfortunately, due to program constraints, not all abstracts will be able to be presented as Oral or Flash Oral communication.

During the submission process:

    • Authors must use the abstract template provided and should follow the guidelines detailed in the template. Please DO NOT modify the template format.
    • The file MUST be named as Name.Surname_x, corresponding to the Presenting Author (as in John.Doe_1.docx). The number corresponds to the number of submitted abstracts by the same presenting author.
    • Do not add any supplementary data, all information should be contained in the 1-page abstract
    • Select in the scrolling menu the main conference topics relevant to your communication.

After submission: Please indicate if you plan to contribute to one of the Special Issues of SP9 via e-mail to sp9-contact@listas.csic.es. Special Issue Journals will be annonunced soon.
